If you, or your spouse or civil partner, are:

• aged 65 or over or
• are permanently incapacitated and
• your total income (including the Gross DIRT Income) is less than €18,000 for a single/widowed person or €36,000 for a married couple you can claim a repayment of DIRT paid by submitting
  • Form 54 Claims (PDF, 570KB) and
  • Certificates of Interest subject to DIRT to your Revenue Office .
