Income covenant to an eldery person

You may claim tax relief for money that you have covenanted for the use of an person who is

a) aged 65 or over

b) permanently mentally or physically incapacitated

This may be useful for funding  nursing home costs of elderly or incapacitated parents

This is subject to various qualifying conditions
