If so, you may be able to get a home renovation incentive credit which equates to 13.5% of qualifying home improvement expenditure
The credit is paid over 2 years following the year in which work was carried out
The minimum qualifying expenditure is €5,000 and the maximum us €30,000
To get the credit your local property tax must be paid up to date and the contractor you get must be fully tax compliant
This credit expires at end of December 2015 ( 3 months left )
