Tax Relief on medical expenses
Tax Relief is available at 20% for non-reimbursed medical costs, including GP visits, prescriptions and GP visits
Additional nursing home expenses are deductible at the higher marginal rate of 40% if your salary is over €44,000
You can go back 4 years to 1st January 2021 to claim any unclaimed medical expenses if this is submitted before the 31st December 2025
