Jobsplus is an incentive to employers to take on new employees who have been unemployed for more than 12 months
It pays to the employer over 2 years the following
7,500 ( for persons unemployed for > 1 year )
10,000 ( for persons unemployed for > 2 year )
It can be applied for by sole traders who have no employees and who have an up to date tax clearance
In addition the payment is tax free
It is subject to other qualifying conditions
