If you are a sole trader, partnership or company who has employees, including spouses and children who are employees of your business, you are allowed to provide a once off gift voucher to a maximum value of €250 to each employee once every year. There is no PAYE deducted on the vouchers and the vouchers are allowed as a deduction against your taxable profits
