Tax relief for new start up companies

For new start up companies, there is a relief available for the first 3 years not to pay tax on company profits up to €320,000 per year

If a company is loss making in the first 3 years, it may be possible to carry forward the unused tax relief to future years

Relief provided is tied to number of employees employed

Does not apply to service companies like engineering architects etc
