What capital gains are exempt from CGT ?

The following capital gains are exempt from CGT :

Gains on property owned by you that was fully occupied by you as your sole or main residence
Gains from betting, lottery or prize bonds winnings
Gains from sale of government stocks
Gains on sale of wasting chattels such as animals, cars etc.
Gains on life assurance policies
Gains on sale of moveable property for less than €2,540 such as antique furniture etc.
