Bank interest reporting to Revenue

What do the banks report to revenue regarding your deposit/savings accounts if it earns more than €300 in bank interest or dividends in a year ?

• The name, address, tax reference number, contact name and phone number of your bank
• Your name, address and the date of birth.
• Your Tax reference number
• The account number, sort code and the total interest payments made (before any DIRT) to you.
• Whether the bank account is a joint account or if DIRT deducted.
