How to check you are getting the correct tax credits and bands ?

If you are an employee, to ensure that you are paying the correct tax for 2016, the best way to is register for “PAYE Anytime” on www.revenue.ie. This will allow you to check your tax credits and tax bands for the year to ensure they are correct and also allow you to claim for any other tax credits you made not be getting

In order to register for “PAYE Anytime” you require the following:

1PPS number

2Mobile number or landline number

3Email address

4Home address

In order to get instant access to tax credits etc,  you will need to verify your
identity with 2 of the following documents:

• Irish driving licence number
• Information from your P60
• Information from your Income Tax
  notice of assessment or acknowledgement
  of self assessment
