Tax relief on lump sum payments from employer ?

Tax relief applies to lump sum payments from employers for any changes

in employment conditions such as change in work place, reduction in pay rates etc

However, in order to get tax relief on same you have to apply after the year end in which the lump sum

was received.

You can go back four years to 2011 to claim any relief on same before the 31st December next and 2012 after

that date
