If yes you can avail of “e-working” tax free payments from your employer

An employer can make tax free payments of up to 3.2o euros per day to e-workers to cover additional heating and electricity costs

This applies to employees who work from home on a full time or part time basis and not to someone who brings home work in the evenings etc.
